Yes, it’s kitchy.

Yes, it looks dated.

Yes, it’s fake Hawaiian but I love it.

I love everything about this property. 

It’s also conveniently located on the monorail line [I know the buses do their best to shuttle folks around as quickly as possible but it’s painstaking].

Here was a mid-day lunch at Kona Cafe. This was actually decent for a ‘casual restaurant’.
